Two Pound Brioche Loaf recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of water.
3 large eggs.
2 large egg yolks.
3/8 lb of butter or margarine.
3 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour.
¼ cup of sugar.
½ teaspoon of salt.
1 packet of active dry yeast.

Directions:

Add the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to manufacturer's instructions.

Select sweet or basic cycle.

Remove the baked loaf from pan immediately.

Let the loaf cool on a rack for a minimum of 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve as desired.
